US Field Service Support Specialist Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding and knowledge of company products to provide support Communication of field feedback and support requirements to/from engineering Communication of field feedback and support requirements to/from repair Provide technical troubleshooting support to field technicians and area managers as required Dissemination of engineering changes & tech bulletins to the field Maintain organized records of all technical updates Training of new technicians / retraining and special tech sessions as needed Manage software update projects as required Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization Local travel required up to 20% of time
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required Strong mechanical / technical aptitude a must Prior experience with reverse vending equipment is highly desired Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to effectively train other employees Strong independent thinking with the ability to proactively identify problems and provide solutions / suggestions Ability to handle tasks and prioritize with minimal direction Strong written/verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
