Environmental Technician Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Delaware / Pennsylvania / Maryland Reliable Home Inspection Service (RHIS) is looking for a motivated, reliable Environmental Technician to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being out in the field rather than stuck behind a desk, this could be a great fit for you. What You'll Be Doing Conducting radon testing at residential properties Installing and servicing radon mitigation systems Performing water testing and sampling Carrying out mold inspections and sampling Traveling to various job sites across DE, PA, and MD Communicating professionally with homeowners, agents, and clients Accurately documenting results and maintaining testing equipment What We're Looking For A good, clean driving record — you'll be on the road regularly An outgoing personality — comfortable talking with clients and explaining the process Willingness to learn — no experience necessary, we provide training Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule Comfortable working in various conditions (crawlspaces, basements, attics, etc.) What We Offer Full-time, consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!)
