$21 - $23/hour to start + 100% Company-Paid Health Insurance (adds approximately $3/hour in value) + Performance-based raises available within 90 days Overview Cascade Fountains is a leading provider of floating lake fountains and water feature systems across Florida. We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Field Service Technician to join our South Florida team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their technical skills, work independently, and advance into a higher-level technician position. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair floating fountain systems (mechanical and electrical)
• Install fountains, pumps, lighting systems, and control panels
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work
• Troubleshoot issues in the field
• Travel throughout South Florida for service calls
• Work outdoors in various conditions Qualifications
• 1-3 years of electrical, mechanical, or field service experience
• Ability to use tools and troubleshoot problems independently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Clean driving record
• Ability to swim
• Comfortable working outdoors and around water Preferred Experience
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Pump/motor experience
