Key Responsibilities Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation projects. Set up, operate, and monitor drying and dehumidification equipment. Perform demolition, cleaning, and debris removal as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, tools, and workspaces. Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Accurately complete job documentation, notes, and photos using mobile software. Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and teammates. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency calls as needed. Represent CleanPath Restoration™ with professionalism and a positive attitude. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Dependable Transportation IICRC certification preferred (training and certification opportunities available). Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods. Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills. Dependable and self-motivated, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($21

Work Schedule Full-Time:
Monday
  • Friday Emergency/on-call rotation as needed for restoration response.
