Duties Assist in the preparation and layout of construction sites according to schematics and blueprints. Execute restoration work including framing, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, etc. Read schematics and blueprints accurately to guide installation of flooring, tile laying, and other detailed finishes. Collaborate with team members on heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Experience Previous experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as drywall, framing, tile/flooring, or restoration. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in framing, drywall installation, or concrete work. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for construction site operations.
