Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Draught Technician to join our field sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing draft systems for beverages across various locations. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with equipment in a field service environment. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair draft beer systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment at customer sites. Service draught beer systems at customer locations including removing tap heads, disassembling, cleaning and flushing solutions of draught beer long and short draw systems by driving to a defined route sequence. Conduct routine maintenance on draft systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in appliance repair or equipment maintenance is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge. Customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety protocols. Basic assembly skills for installing draft systems and related components.
