Responsibilities Execute comprehensive maintenance, repair, and installation protocols for commercial rooftop units, VRV systems, and split systems to maximize equipment uptime. Perform advanced diagnostic assessments on mechanical and electronic HVAC controls to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies. Deliver high-quality technical support and professional communication to ensure client satisfaction and long-term system health. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline project workflows and uphold rigorous quality standards across all service engagements. Document service activities and system performance metrics to provide actionable insights for preventative maintenance planning. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated expertise as a field technician within the commercial HVAC sector. Proficiency in servicing large-scale equipment including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units. Active industry-standard HVAC certifications and completion of relevant manufacturer training programs. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
