This role is a hybrid position combining Technical Support, Customer Service, and Field Operations . The ideal candidate will have experience as a Technical Support Lead or similar technical service role , with strong customer-facing and troubleshooting abilities. The position is based in the Doral, FL area , but requires occasional travel within the United States and Canada to support service operations and field partners. This role is responsible for handling incoming service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating field service partners, and ensuring high-quality after-sales support for commercial kitchen equipment.
Salary:
$60K-$70K annually , with growth potential up to $80K based on performance over time . Benefits include 401(k), medical insurance, and PTO (paid time off) . Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all U.S. service-related inquiries (phone, email, CRM/ticketing system) Register, track, and manage all service calls from intake through resolution Troubleshoot equipment issues remotely (electrical, mechanical, basic refrigeration/thermal systems) Dispatch and coordinate third-party service technicians across the U.S. Prioritize and escalate critical issues to internal engineering or product teams Maintain accurate service records, reports, and KPIs (response time, resolution time, repeat issues) Develop and improve service processes, workflows, and documentation Support warranty claim validation and spare parts coordination Train customers, distributors, and service partners on basic troubleshooting and product use Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to product/engineering teams Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in technical customer support, field service coordination, or after-sales service (preferably in commercial kitchen, HVAC, foodservice, or industrial equipment) Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems Experience managing service tickets and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) Familiarity with U.S. service networks and contractor coordination Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
