We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Technician to join our emergency response & restoration team. The ideal candidate has experience in water, mold, and fire restoration, is dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. IICRC certification is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to water, fire, mold, and biohazard loss sites Perform demolition, water extraction, structural drying, and mold remediation Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA filtration, and other specialty equipment Document job progress using industry software and mobile apps Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and company vehicles Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team leads Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in restoration or construction preferred IICRC certifications in WRT, ASD, or AMRT highly desirable Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Strong attention to detail and time management Excellent communication and customer service skills
