Field Service Technician-Pressure Washing/Window Washing/Hood Cleaning/RDS
This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, operating equipment, problem-solving, and working as part of a dependable field team. Technicians will perform a variety of services including pressure washing, window cleaning, hood cleaning, parking lot line striping, and support for Rope Descent System (RDS) operations. We Will Train!
Key Responsibilities Perform commercial pressure washing services for buildings, sidewalks, vehicles, and equipment Perform window cleaning services for retail and commercial properties Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and related systems Assist with pavement marking and parking lot line striping projects Learn and assist with RDS (Rope Descent System) work as needed Operate and maintain pressure washing, striping, and field service equipment Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with tools and equipment Load, transport, set up, and tear down equipment and materials at job sites Utilize mobile applications to complete service tickets and reports Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and environments Identify and resolve job site challenges efficiently and professionally Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Minimum age requirement: 21 years old Prior pressure washing, window cleaning, hood cleaning, or related field service experience preferred Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Comfortable working at heights and willing to learn RDS operations Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and perform physically demanding labor Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and occasional weekends Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check Willing to travel out of town-bonus, but not required Benefits Available After 60-90
