Lead Service Technician - Jacksonville, FL Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on delivering exceptional service? Infinitek is working with a leading provider of electromechanical and power-management solutions to find a talented Lead Field Service Technician for their Jacksonville, FL operation. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical electrical and mechanical equipment while mentoring other technicians and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Every day will be different — from vibration analysis and thermographic imaging to installing or aligning AC/DC motors. Key Responsibilities Lead and train field service technicians on best practices Diagnose and repair rotating equipment, electric motors, and related systems Perform PdMA testing, vibration analysis, and thermographic imaging Install/remove AC & DC motors, replace bearings & seals, set air gaps, and torque components to spec Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence Travel locally and overnight as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years' experience with AC/DC motor repair or rotating equipment maintenance Familiarity with PdMA testing, vibration analysis, or thermographic imaging (preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours Customer-focused attitude and clear communication skills What's on Offer Competitive pay with overtime potential Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
