Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and versatile Multi-Service Technician to provide lawn care, handyman, and roadside assistance services throughout Northeast Florida. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and assisting customers in a variety of service environments. The successful candidate will perform lawn maintenance, basic property repairs, and roadside assistance services while maintaining a professional appearance and delivering excellent customer service. This is a 1099 position that is part time. Must be able to pass a background check and must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Lawn Care Services Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently Perform weed control, debris removal, and basic landscape maintenance Report property issues and recommend maintenance solutions Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained Handyman Services Perform minor residential and commercial repairs Install fixtures, shelving, doors, locks, and hardware Complete basic painting and minor drywall repair Assemble furniture and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Roadside Assistance Services Provide vehicle lockout assistance Perform battery jump-starts Change flat tires Deliver emergency fuel when requested Complete service documentation and photos when required Ensure safe roadside operations and compliance with traffic safety procedures Requirements Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive trucks and trailers safely Experience in lawn maintenance, handyman work, or roadside assistance Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Strong problem-solving skills Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Smartphone capable of using GPS, scheduling, and communication apps Preferred Experience operating commercial lawn equipment Basic mechanical knowledge Experience with lockout services and tire changes Knowledge of residential maintenance and repair techniques Trailer towing experience Customer service experience Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions Ability to safely handle tools, equipment, and machinery Ability to perform roadside work near traffic while following safety procedures Lawn services pay is $19 per successful job completion. Roadside service pay is $30 per successful job completion. Opportunities for bonuses.
