Responsible for administration of the Field Service group.
Position Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people as directed Maintain Service site on SESCOshare to include: Service Requests Work project updates Upload panel schedules and one lines Maintain LCDservice@sescolighting email RMA organization Create expense reports by project for Field Service Techs to turn over to project administrator Inventory management for field service parts SESCO Tech Support number, first point of contact Maintain knowledge of currently represented products Create and distribute final project documents as needed Other Duties as assigned by manager
Essential Skills:
Must possess 1 year of experience in construction related field Possess excellent communication skills Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented Excellent follow-up skills required Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and BlueBeam experience a plus Travel to factories as needed for product training
