Now Hiring On-Site Service Technician in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, we provide seven paid holidays, and the company contributes 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting. Are you someone who enjoys being on the move, building relationships, and making a direct impact with customers every day? We are looking for an On-Site Service Technician who takes pride in delivering excellent service and keeping operations running smoothly within customer facilities. In this role, you will be the face of our company at a customer's location—managing inventory, solving problems, and helping customers stay organized and efficient. You will collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams to identify needs, implement solutions, and continuously improve how products are stocked and used. What You will DoYou will visit customer sites on a scheduled basis to stock and organize inventory, scan and replenish products, and ensure everything is in the right place. Along the way, you will build strong working relationships, look for opportunities to improve efficiency, and partner with sales and account teams to support customer success. You will also help analyze inventory usage, recommend improvements, and ensure each site meets safety and operational standards. What We are Looking ForWe are seeking someone with strong customer service skills and a mechanical aptitude—someone who is comfortable identifying parts and working in an industrial setting. You should enjoy a hands-on role, be organized, and feel confident working independently while staying connected with a larger team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Bonus If You HaveExperience in field service, automotive or fleet maintenance, or parts/inventory management is a plus, as is any technical training or education. What to ExpectThis is an active, on-site role where you will spend most of your day standing, walking, and handling materials in customer maintenance facilities. Some environments may be loud or not climate-controlled—but you will play a key role in keeping things running efficiently.
