Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional on-site technical support for a diverse range of equipment and systems. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing expert repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting services directly at customer locations. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Hospital, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Nursing Home tables and equipment. Conduct routine calibration and safety tests, inspections, and troubleshooting to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan. Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately identify issues and implement solutions. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and documentation for all performed work. Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, system status, and recommended maintenance plans. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. Skills Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in Hospital, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Nursing Home preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals effectively. Experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques in Hospital, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Nursing Home field preferred but no required. Pay:
$39,520.00 - $47,840.00 per year

Must be able to pass criminal background check and DMV driving record check. Electronics and Mechanical aptitude test required to be completed at time of interview. Ability to lift 75 lbs. required.
