Job Description

Field Service Technician We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Field Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our robotic cotton candy and ice cream vending machines. This is an on-site position focused on keeping our machines operating smoothly, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a great guest experience. The ideal candidate enjoys solving mechanical and technical problems, working independently, and taking ownership of equipment performance. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues on robotic cotton candy and ice cream vending machines. Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure machines remain fully operational. Troubleshoot motors, sensors, touchscreens, payment systems, refrigeration components, and other machine hardware. Refill consumables and assist with basic machine cleaning and upkeep as needed. Replace defective parts and perform equipment adjustments or upgrades. Test equipment after repairs to verify proper operation and product quality. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage. Communicate machine status and recurring issues to management. Respond quickly to service requests to minimize machine downtime. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic electrical diagnostics. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical repair work. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Pay:
$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
