Field Service Technician

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 2-month contract in Panama City, FL 32405. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. Contract Duration:

2 months Required Skills & Experience 1 year of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.), break-fix, use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiar with the ticketing system. Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software. Electromechanical experience is preferred. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team. Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly) Active driver's license. CompTIA A+ What You Will Be Doing Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance. Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone. Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
