Position Overview:

The Non-CDL Hydrovac Support Specialist is essential to that mission. This role supports our CDL Operators in the field—setting up job sites, handling equipment, and performing hands-on work to ensure each project runs smoothly and safely. Modern, high-performance hydro and air excavation fleet Competitive pay with steady hours and overtime opportunities Full benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off Supportive leadership and a team-first culture A disciplined, high-expectation environment built on trust and results What You'll Do Assist CDL Operators with hydro and air excavation operations Help set up and maintain safe, efficient job sites Perform labor-intensive tasks including digging, moving hose, and cleaning equipment Ensure all tools, trucks, and trailers are kept clean, organized, and job-ready Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE on every job Perform light maintenance and support equipment checks Communicate clearly and respectfully with your crew Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and on-the-job training What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience in construction, utilities, or physical labor is a plus—not required Strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in all weather Willingness to learn, listen, and contribute to a team A safety-first attitude and attention to detail Dependability, humility, and a commitment to showing up ready to work

Physical Requirements:
