Your job is keeping multifunction printer and copier equipment running / installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machines across the site while meeting strict SLA commitments. This is a physical, hands-on role. You'll be working with real hardware, talking to real end users, and driving between locations as needed. If you've been fixing printers and copiers for 2+ years and love solving problems in the field, this is for you. Non-negotiable requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record / you will drive to service locations. No valid license = no interview. 2+ years hands-on MFD / copier / multifunction printer repair: must be physical repair, not loading paper, configuring drivers, or IT support tickets Strong electro-mechanical aptitude / you understand how machines work mechanically and electrically Experience working against SLA commitments using a ticketing or field service management system Based in Athens, GA 30606 / local candidates only, no relocation package Ability to start within 2 weeks Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical work / bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods Day to day Install, configure, and maintain MFD/copier equipment to spec Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and print quality failures Manage service calls end-to-end — intake, repair, document, close Meet SLA commitments; track parts and inventory accurately Train end users on basic equipment operation Represent Revolution Technologies professionally on a healthcare site Nice to have OEM-certified or trained: Lexmark, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh, or Canon Prior experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
