We are hiring Senior Field Service Technicians / Lead Installers who take ownership of their work, lead by example, and execute installations with professionalism, accountability, and high execution standards. This role is intended for experienced field professionals who are comfortable traveling, working independently, leading crews, and operating within regulated healthcare environments. ) This is a travel-based position Regional and national travel required Overnight and multi-week assignments required Typical rotation: 4 weeks on / 1 week off Paid travel, per diem, and lodging provided per company policy What You'll Do Perform independent installation and troubleshooting of healthcare equipment and infrastructure systems Lead on-site healthcare equipment and infrastructure installations while ensuring compliance with company SOPs, manufacturer requirements, and site safety standards Mentor and support entry-level technicians Communicate professionally with clients, Field Managers, and Project Managers Review documentation, photos, and jobsite quality Identify and resolve field issues, site conflicts, and installation challenges Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites Qualifications (Senior Level) 3+ years hands-on experience in industrial construction, mechanical installation, pipefitting, millwright work, welding, heavy commercial construction, or related skilled trades preferred Proven ability to work independently on active job sites Experience reading technical manuals, blueprints, or installation drawings Leadership or crew-lead experience strongly preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work daily Willingness to travel extensively Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the U.S.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required Leadership & Advancement Senior technicians are considered for advancement into Lead Technician, Foreman, and Field Management roles based on performance, leadership, professionalism, and reliability.
