No On‑Call Roving Across Augusta, Port Wentworth, Forsyth, Jackson & Davisboro _______________________________________________________________________________________ Why Techs Choose This Job 4‑day workweek (10‑hour shifts) No on‑call rotation Company truck provided (take‑home) Set schedule: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Work orders sent in advance — know your route before you start Roving coverage across Augusta, Port Wentworth, Forsyth, Jackson, Davisboro & nearby areas $1,000 sign‑on bonus Full benefits, PTO, retirement, and stability What You'll Do Perform preventive & corrective HVAC maintenance using CMMS work orders Install, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, belts, fans, AHUs, VAVs, FPBs Diagnose environmental control systems and boilers Ensure all work meets CGL, OSHA, and client safety standards Inspect work for code compliance Mentor junior techs and support general trades staff Travel to multiple facilities to resolve maintenance issues Maintain a clean, safe work environment What You Need 4-6 years commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification (required) State‑issued HVAC License (required) HVAC Certification (preferred) Refrigeration experience (preferred) Ability to read blueprints & as‑builts Strong communication and customer interaction skills Ability to pass drug test & background check Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience, certifications, and location.
