Job description Full Job Description for Manager for Water Mitigation Key Responsibilities Respond to service calls during regular business hours and after hours, as needed. Participate in the Mitigate, Inc. on-call rotation schedule. Travel to job sites throughout the Atlanta metro area and surrounding communities. Perform emergency mitigation services as directed by your supervisor, working collaboratively with team members to restore customer properties. Work closely with supervisors, fellow technicians, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate and complete job file documentation. Set up and monitor drying equipment, perform moisture inspections, adjust equipment as needed, and address customer questions and concerns. Record moisture readings and other project information in the company's job management software. Remove drying equipment upon project completion and perform a final cleaning of the work area. Inventory, load, and maintain work vehicles with the equipment, products, and supplies required for each project. Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, organized, and fully prepared for the next assignment. Maintain a professional appearance and high standard of personal hygiene, and promote the same standards among team members. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
