Field Service Technician - T2

Field Service Technician (Team Lead) T2 Company Overview Asurety is a successful, growing company specializing in dryer vent and fireplace inspections/cleanings for apartments and condos. Position Overview As the Team Lead, you'll lead a small crew of 1-2 technicians, performing meticulous dryer vent and chimney inspections/cleanings in multifamily housing. Work involves cleaning out the chimney through the fireplace or dryer vent in the laundry room. About 20% of your time will be indoors; the balance outside on 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-floor apartment complexes. You'll have a company truck with a 32' ladder and full tools.

Responsibilities include:

leading the team to hit daily production goals with a sense of urgency while maintaining thorough, high-quality results; completing detailed reports; maintaining tools and equipment; and performing repairs as needed. Qualifications (Must-Haves) 3+ years of experience leading teams in construction, remodeling, service, or related blue-collar field Able to safely carry and use a 32' ladder (not afraid of heights) Valid driver's license Verifiable references showing long tenure and leadership. Proven ability to drive a team to meet production goals with urgency while delivering excellent work.
