Candidate MUST meet the following criteria: Job Summary Possess minimum 5 years of verifiable construction experience Candidate must have knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Must be willing to travel and stay overnight on occasions Own tools Accurately read blueprints At least some supervisory experience Reliable transportation High attention to detail Work well independently and interdependently Clean driving record Clean background Ability to carry at least 50Lbs Ability to stand/move around for long periods of time Ability to climb ladders up to 30ft. Basic electrical, basic carpentry, drywall install/repairs and skim, stucco and EIFS repair, painting, door install, closers, interior and exterior building repairs

HELPERS:

One year experience as a helper either in the construction industry Clean background and driving record Work well independently and interdependently Take initiative, self-motivated Ability to carry at least 50Lbs.
