You enjoy working with your hands, solving problems in the field, and taking ownership of equipment performance from diagnosis through repair.   • Bike Share Systems (Biki) Hands-on technical experience supporting bike share systems, mobility equipment, or similar electromechanical assets Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair bikes, docking stations, 100+ kiosks, and station components using established procedures Experience performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections to ensure system reliability and rider safety Comfort working with network-connected equipment and reporting hardware or software-related issues Accurate documentation of work orders, service activities, and parts usage Familiarity with inventory control, including tracking spare parts, tools, and consumables•Parking Systems (Secure Parking Hawaii) Technical experience supporting parking equipment such as pay stations, gates, access control devices, and related hardware Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues in a live operational environment Experience conducting routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and functional testing of parking equipment Ability to document repairs, downtime, and equipment status for operational reporting Coordination with operations staff, vendors, and management to resolve issues efficiently•General Technical & Field Requirements Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and coordinating with internal teams Ability to work independently in the field while following safety protocols and standard operating procedures Flexibility to travel to neighbor islands as needed, including multi-day assignments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or work on feet for extended periods of time What We're Looking For Mechanical or technical experience, including comfort using tools, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment issues Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining clear communication with the team and management Flexibility to travel to neighbor islands as needed, sometimes staying for several days at a time Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods of time What We Offer Hands-on training across two industries: bike share and parking systems Varied, independent field work with no two days the same Opportunities for additional hours during high-demand periods or special projects The chance to directly impact Honolulu's transportation and parking infrastructure Benefits Supportive, team-oriented work environment Skill development in mechanical, technical, and field operations Meaningful work that supports sustainable urban mobility and essential services Paid Time Off Health Insurance Paid Holidays Location Honolulu, HI Work is primarily performed on the road at various station and parking locations Travel required approximately 75% of the time Shift Availability Monday through Friday.
