You may be helping a family recover from a flood one day and responding to a fire-damaged property the next.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to water, mold, fire, and storm damage emergencies Driving company vehicles to customer job sites Assessing property damage and assisting with mitigation plans Setting up and monitoring drying equipment and other restoration tools Performing demolition and removal of damaged materials Packing, inventorying, and storing customer belongings when necessary Documenting job progress using mobile technology and software Communicating professionally with customers and teammates Working safely while maintaining a high standard of quality What We're Looking For You don't need restoration experience to apply. We can teach the technical skills. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in physically active environments, including standing, bending, and moving equipment Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software applications Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn Experience in construction, maintenance, restoration, moving, landscaping, military service, warehouse operations, or other hands-on trades is a plus but not required.
