We are looking for team members who are "all in" and want an opportunity to build a career with a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform restoration tasks such as water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete restoration projects.
  • Follow proper safety protocols.
  • Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces.
  • Professionally demo materials and structures as needed.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in construction or the restoration industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and restoration work.
  • Ability to assess damage and develop appropriate restoration plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • High school (or GED) diploma.
  • Computer skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
Willingness to attend trainings and obtain certifications.
