Job description EcoWater Texas provides premium in-home residential water treatment solutions. We have been a leader in the industry for nearly 100 years, and our state-of-the-art products are in use around the world. We are currently looking to hire a Service Technician to service our in-home water filtration systems. The ideal candidate must have great attendance, a positive attitude, strong verbal communication skills, a professional appearance, a can-do attitude, and be a fast learner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Service, diagnose, and repair residential water treatment equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance and filter replacements. Install new water softeners, drinking water systems, and filtration equipment. Conduct water quality testing and educate homeowners on system performance. Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide effective solutions. Complete service documentation accurately and timely. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication with customers. Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Qualifications Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, water treatment, or related field preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various residential environments. Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule. We will give you the equipment you need to finish the work and a van to visit clients' homes to change the filters and perform equipment inspections.
