• Believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, especially during difficult times What You'll Do As an Accounts and Recovery Associate, you'll:
• Reach out to customers with late payments to understand their situation and develop solutions
• Help customers stay in their payment plans when possible, preserving their access to safe transportation
• 60-75% of the role involves working in the field to recover merchandise, always treating customers with respect
• Use strong communication and de-escalation skills to navigate sensitive conversations
• Complete a minimum of 25 calls per hour while maintaining quality interactions
• Maintain detailed records and utilize our tracking systems

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Experience in collections, customer service, or account management preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for field work
• Basic computer skills for utilizing tracking and reporting systems
