Cleaning & Restoration Technician

Pay will be based on experience. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and restoring properties affected by various damages. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in the restoration industry. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for ensuring that properties are cleaned, restored, and made safe for occupants. Responsibilities Perform cleaning and restoration tasks on residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various restoration tasks. Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe living environments. Clean carpets using appropriate techniques and equipment. Restore properties to their original condition while adhering to ServiceMaster standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Requirements Valid driver's license & clean driving record Pass a background check Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and cleaning equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills related to fire restoration and other cleaning techniques.

Pay:

$15.50 - $20.00 per hour
