Window Cleaning Technician GlowBrite Home Services $20+ per hour About Us GlowBrite Home Services is a fast-growing residential window cleaning company. We specialize in exterior window cleaning using professional water-fed pole systems and purified water technology. Our team is made up of motivated, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and taking pride in their work. Most of our technicians started with little or no window cleaning experience and quickly learned the skills needed to succeed. This is not a construction job. We are looking for dependable people who can think independently, solve problems, and represent our company professionally in customers' homes.

What You'll Do Clean residential windows throughout Eagle Use professional water-fed pole systems and purified water equipment Remove, clean, and reinstall window screens Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain company equipment Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Work independently and make smart decisions in the field What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and punctuality Comfortable working outdoors year-round Able to lift and carry equipment throughout the day Strong attention to detail Friendly and professional with customers Able to think independently and solve problems Takes pride in doing quality work Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable working with minimal supervision No Experience Required Window cleaning experience is not required . In fact, we often prefer applicants with little or no window cleaning experience because we train our technicians using our own systems and processes. The majority of our work involves exterior window cleaning with water-fed pole systems, making it easy to learn for the right person. We're much more interested in hiring someone who is reliable, hardworking, personable, and able to think for themselves than someone with years of industry experience.
