Seeking a Field Service Technician to support large-scale medical gas and vacuum systems used in hospital and healthcare environments. These systems are critical to patient care, distributing oxygen and other medical gases throughout facilities. This role is responsible for installation support, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency service response to minimize system downtime. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable with travel.Job Duties:
Perform installation support, system start-up, and in-service training on medical gas and vacuum systems Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on medical gas pipeline and source equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in the field Respond to emergency service calls to restore system functionality Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals Follow established SOPs and work instructions Support quality investigations and provide technical recommendations as needed Assist with aftermarket service and support activities Complete the majority of work on medical gas pipeline and related systems Travel to customer sites, including occasional overnight travel on short notice Maintain professional communication with customers, hospital staff, and internal teamsQualifications:
High School Diploma required (Associate's degree or technical certification preferred) 3-5 years of mechanical and/or electrical equipment service experience required Field service or customer-facing technical experience preferred.
