Lead Restoration Technician

What You'll Do:

Supervise and lead restoration projects from start to finish. Train and mentor technicians on company procedures and best practices. Perform a wide range of restoration services, including water extraction, structural drying, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation. Ensure high-quality work through inspections and quality control. Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members. Manage job documentation, including daily logs, work orders, and restoration reports.

On-Call Expectations:

Lead Technicians are on-call one week per month. All team members are expected to respond in the event of a local catastrophic event or large commercial loss.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of restoration industry experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. IICRC certifications in Water Mitigation, Fire, Mold, etc., preferred. Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, job management software).
