Scale Technician

We're currently hiring a full-time Scale Technician based out of our East Peoria home office.

Position Summary:

This role involves performing scale service, maintenance, and calibration at customer sites across the region. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical ability, strong communication skills, and a desire to build lasting customer relationships. While you'll work with many existing clients, you'll also have the opportunity to grow your own customer base and increase your income by promoting service during site visits.

Requirements:

• Industrial maintenance or automotive repair experience OR a 2-year electrical degree
• Must live within 20 miles of East Peoria, IL
• Willingness to obtain a Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Professional attitude and mechanical aptitude
• Scale-specific training will be provided

Benefits & Compensation:

• $65,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
