is seeking an experienced and IICRC-certified Water Restoration Team Lead to oversee and execute water mitigation projects . If you have at least 1+ year of experience in water damage restoration and enjoy leading a team in the field, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and work alongside team members on job sites for water mitigation projects Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, and structural repairs Operate and maintain industry-standard restoration equipment Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols Communicate with homeowners to explain the restoration process and answer questions Document work progress, moisture readings, and job details Train and mentor technicians to improve job efficiency and quality

Skills:

IICRC Certification is

REQUIRED +1
