We install and service accessibility equipment including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, vehicle lifts, and platform lifts throughout the Fox Valley and Chicagoland area. About the Position We are looking for hardworking, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Mobility Technicians. This is meaningful, hands-on work that helps improve people's lives every day. No experience in accessibility equipment is required — we provide paid on-the-job training for the right person. Responsibilities Install and service wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and other mobility equipment Troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed Work directly with customers in their homes Maintain a professional attitude and strong communication Follow safety standards and company procedures What We're Looking For Positive attitude Good communication skills Mechanically inclined Team player Dependable and willing to learn Comfortable using tools and working with your hands Additional Information Previous experience installing stair lifts, wheelchair ramps, or other mobility equipment is highly valued. Higher pay may be discussed after the first 30 days based on experience, performance, and skill level.
