As a Technical Service & Equipment Support Technician , you'll service and maintain vending machines, coolers, and related equipment across your route. No experience? No problem—we provide paid, on-the-job training for motivated individuals ready to build a long-term career. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance on vending machines, coolers, and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to keep machines running efficiently Complete minor repairs and escalate complex problems when needed Track service activity, parts usage, and equipment status Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with partners Help reduce downtime and keep operations running smoothly What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mechanical curiosity and problem-solving mindset Good communication skills and customer-first attitude Bonus Points (Not Required) Experience in maintenance, service, or technical roles Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge Familiarity with diagnostic tools or mobile apps Ability to work independently and manage a route Why Join Us?
