This is a hands-on role providing carpet, upholstery, tile & grout cleaning, and water damage restoration services. Responsibilities Perform cleaning and restoration services Respond to water damage and emergency calls Set up and monitor equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Communicate professionally with customers Maintain company vehicle and equipment Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable with physical labor and job site conditions Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends/on-call Preferred (Not Required) Cleaning or restoration experience IICRC certification Drywall hanging and finishing skills Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Higher starting pay available for candidates with drywall hanging & finishing experience Steady, year-round work Training provided Opportunity for advancement
