Summary:
Full-time Postage Machine Service Technician position in Fort Wayne, Indiana Provide phone and on-site support for customer postage machines Travel to customer offices to diagnose and repair equipment Hands-on role requiring technical troubleshooting and physical work
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers over the phone to troubleshoot postage machine issues Drive to customer locations to service and repair postage machines Use hand tools to diagnose and complete repairs Perform heavy lifting and moving of equipment as needed Assist in other areas or tasks as assigned Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude
Requirements:
Mechanical or technical experience required Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites Dependable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Expected hours: 40 per week
