We are looking for a motivated professional with strong experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, emergency response services , and general restoration work. If you take pride in helping customers during difficult situations and have the skills to respond quickly and professionally to property damage emergencies, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform water mitigation and extraction services Set up and monitor drying equipment Perform mold remediation according to industry standards Conduct demolition and cleanup as needed Perform other emergency services Document job progress with photos and notes Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and team members Maintain equipment and company vehicles Participate in on-call emergency response rotation as needed Preferred Qualifications Minimum 5 years of insurance restoration experience Strong background in: Water damage restoration Mold remediation IICRC Certifications preferred: WRT (Water Restoration Technician) ASD (Applied Structural Drying) AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for advancement Ongoing training and certification support Supportive team environment Consistent, year-round work Apply Today If you are an experienced restoration professional looking to join a company that values quality work, teamwork, and customer service, we would love to speak with you.
