The Opportunity As a Field Service Technician , you will be the face of Anglin Equipment in the Cincinnati area. You'll work on high-end systems including automotive lifts, air compressors, oil management systems, and advanced car wash equipment. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys technical variety, independence, and the satisfaction of getting a client back up and running.Key Responsibilities Expert Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on-site at customer locations.Precision Installations:
Set up, configure, and test new equipment—from heavy-duty lifts to sophisticated car wash systems.Proactive Maintenance:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure our clients' operations remain seamless and safe.Customer Advocacy:
Provide "Golden Rule" service, communicating clearly with shop managers and training them on equipment use.Detailed Documentation:
Use digital tools to log service work, repairs, and parts used. What You Bring to theTable Technical Aptitude:
Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems (experience with hydraulics or pneumatics is a huge plus).Independent Drive:
The ability to manage your daily route and solve problems with minimal supervision.Communication Skills:
Professionalism to represent the Anglin brand and build trust with our long-term clients.Reliability:
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for travel within the Cincinnati/Tri-State area. Work Environment & Physical Demands Active, hands-on work in commercial, industrial, and outdoor environments. Daily travel to customer sites (Service vehicle and tools provided). Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work comfortably in varied shop environments. Benefits & Perks- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance after 90 days
