PM Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals for a Field Technician position in Shawnee, KS. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with excellent long-term growth opportunities. Employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn can advance into equipment operation and CDL driving positions.
Job Duties:
Assist field crews with excavation and industrial service projects Work around specialized equipment and machinery at customer job sites Support operators with setup, cleanup, and daily project activities Handle hoses, tools, materials, and equipment in outdoor environments Follow all safety procedures and company standards Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable performing physically demanding work Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the day Valid driver's license preferred Construction, labor, utility, excavation, landscaping, or related experience is a plus but not required
