Inspect job sites to assess damage and assist in preparing accurate estimates for clients and insurance adjusters.
Client Communication:
Serve as a compassionate, professional point of contact for clients, explaining the restoration process and addressing their questions.
Plumbing Support:
Cross-train and assist our plumbing technicians with service calls, repairs, or installations when needed.
Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and ensure all restoration equipment is clean and ready for deployment.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1+ years of property restoration experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.

Excellent customer service skills; ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress customer environments.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or awkward spaces (crawl spaces, attics). Availability for an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency responses. What We Offer Competitive Base Pay + Commission on Jobs (uncapped earning potential based on performance). Opportunities for professional growth and cross-training in a highly stable trade.
