PM Pay:

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on individual who wants to learn a trade and grow into a skilled Equipment Service Technician. No advanced experience required—we provide training. What You'll Do You'll work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to service and repair industrial packaging equipment. Assist with troubleshooting and repairing packaging machinery Help service electric motors and related components Perform basic maintenance and equipment inspections Learn proper tools, safety practices, and repair techniques Support shop organization and cleanliness Occasionally assist with on-site service calls Progress into independently handling service work over time What We're Looking For We're hiring for attitude and work ethic —skills can be taught.
