We're seeking a motivated Field Service Technician with a passion for learning and problem-solving to join our Louisville, KY team. In this role, you'll provide on-site maintenance, calibration, and repair of industrial scales , helping businesses keep their operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Perform hands-on maintenance, calibration, and repairs at customer sites. Travel within a two-hour radius to support clients with top-notch service. Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for weighing and calibration equipment.

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic, neat appearance, and the ability to work independently. Punctuality, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using tablets. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

Basic electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in a technical or field service role is a plus. Technical degree preferred but not required— we offer on-the-job training.

Requirements:

Clean driving record with the ability to obtain a Class B CDL. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Why Choose System Scale? Compensation:
