Location :
Nationwide travel required (Headquarters in Dallas, TX.) Position Summary We are seeking motivated Field Service Technicians to support onsite activities for battery energy storage systems (BESS), inverters, transformers, and related power equipment. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on technical experience in the renewable energy sector and who can travel frequently for project work. Responsibilities Site Support & Execution Support installation, commissioning assistance, and onsite inspections for BESS, inverters, and power equipment Perform basic troubleshooting under guidance Assist with component replacement, wiring support, equipment handling, and documentation Collect site data, photos, and daily activity logs accurately Execute tasks assigned by the onsite lead (FST3 / Engineer) Safety & Compliance Follow company and client safety requirements including PPE, LOTO, and electrical safety protocols Participate in daily job briefings and hazard assessments Report any safety risks or abnormal conditions immediately Team Coordination Work collaboratively with the onsite team Communicate progress, delays, and technical issues promptly Maintain professional communication with supervisors and site personnel Maintain high cooperation and adaptability to changing site needs. Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to travel extensively (70%-100%) Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Basic electrical or mechanical aptitude Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn 1-3 years' experience in construction, mechanical work, electrical labor, solar installation, or other field/industrial environments Preferred
OSHA 10/30, NFPA
70E, or electrical certifications Veterans or trade-skill backgrounds encouraged to apply Forklift or Skid steer certification
