LDAR Specialist, Senior LDAR Technician, LDAR Field Lead About the Role We're looking for an experienced LDAR tech who's ready to step up into a lead role. This is not an entry-level position, you'll be expected to run jobs, support crews, manage databases, communicate with clients, and be the point person on site when needed. If you've been a strong LDAR tech or have experience in MOC or mechanical integrity and are ready for more responsibility, this is a solid next step. What You'll Do Lead LDAR jobs at client sites and help manage day-to-day field operations Act as the on-site lead/supervisor when assigned Run monitoring using EPA Method 21 (valves, pumps, connectors, etc.) Check field work for quality and accuracy Manage LDAR databases and ensure data is accurate and up to date Communicate directly with clients regarding project status, findings, and needs Help plan schedules, routes, and job coverage Travel to different sites as needed (25-50%) Help train and support newer technicians Step in wherever needed to keep jobs on track What We're Looking For 3+ years of LDAR experience or related plant experience (MOC, mechanical integrity, inspection, etc.) Someone who can work independently and take ownership of a site Prior lead or "go-to" tech experience is a big plus Comfortable traveling and working in different plants Good communication and dependable work ethic Work Environment Refineries and chemical plants Outdoor work in all weather conditions Walking units, climbing, and working in PPE (FRs, hard hat, etc.) Why PROtect?
