Job Description

Erthwrks LLC is seeking a Field Services Technician to support industrial customers in the Midland, TX region . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving problems in the field, and working in fast-paced industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair field equipment and systems Support industrial service projects at customer facilities Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues Complete field documentation and communicate project updates Travel to customer sites throughout the region Work safely and professionally in industrial environments
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant field, maintenance, instrumentation, or technical experience preferred Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in industrial settings Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders Valid driver's license and flexible travel availability
Compensation & Benefits:
