Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Technician and become a vital part of helping clients recover from unexpected damages caused by fire, water, mold, and other disasters. This energetic role involves hands-on restoration work, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to restore homes and businesses to their original condition. Duties Perform cleaning, debris removal, and surface preparation to facilitate restoration processes Execute fire and water damage restoration tasks efficiently to restore property integrity Conduct mold remediation procedures following safety protocols Use hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials and install new components Assist with strategic material removal, and other specialized restoration services Follow established safety guidelines and document all work performed accurately Support team efforts in emergency response situations to minimize further damage Requirements Prior experience in related construction fields is highly preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various restoration scenarios Genuine care for people, due to the traumatic nature of damage to home and their belongings. $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
