We are a fireplace wholesale distributor serving builders, contractors, and homeowners. This role combines installation and service, giving you the chance to develop technical expertise and customer-facing skills. Prior fireplace experience is not required; training and certifications will be provided. Responsibilities Install gas and wood fireplaces for residential and commercial projects. Perform service and maintenance on gas fireplaces, including troubleshooting, repair, and installing accessories. Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between the company and clients. Work safely on ladders, roofs, and construction sites. Maintain tools, equipment, and mobile devices for job tasks. Continuously learn and develop technical competency on our products. Qualifications Mechanically inclined and able to perform tasks unsupervised. Problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environments (indoors, outdoors, rooftops). Reliable, dependable, motivated, and a strong team player. Good driving record and ability to pass a background check and DOT physical. Mobile device proficiency and willingness to ask for guidance when needed. Work Schedule Fulltime, yearround 4045 hours per week. Extended hours and some Saturdays may be required during peak season (NovemberJanuary). Weekends generally free outside of peak season.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$45,000 - $75,000 annually ($21 - $36/hour) depending on experience. Health insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays. 401(k) plan with company match. Ongoing technical and vendor training.
